Our Warranty Coverage
Glass Fence Direct stands behind the quality of every product we sell. All kits and components are covered by the following warranty terms from the date of purchase.

What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Premature corrosion of stainless steel components under normal outdoor conditions
- Spontaneous glass breakage not caused by external impact
- Hardware failure under normal use and load conditions
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation (not following our guides)
- Impact damage, scratches, or chips from external force
- Damage from chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or harsh solvents
- Normal wear and tear, minor surface oxidation, or cosmetic aging
- Damage from extreme weather events (hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.)
- Modifications or alterations to original products
- Installation on surfaces or substrates not suitable for the product
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide photos of the defective component and installation.
- Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, we will ship a replacement component at no charge.
Important Notes
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all claims.
- Warranty covers the cost of replacement components. Labor costs for removal and reinstallation are not covered.
- Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
