We want you to be completely satisfied with your Glass Fence Direct purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Returnable Items

  • Unopened, unused kits in their original packaging
  • Unopened individual components (panels, spigots, hardware packs)
  • Items received damaged or defective (see Damaged Items below)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or installed glass panels (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-cut or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at or call us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns require pre-approval. Do not ship items back without an RA number.
  3. Pack items securely in their original packaging. Glass products must be properly crated for safe transit.
  4. Ship the return. We will provide return shipping instructions and, if applicable, arrange a freight pickup.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
  • Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take photos of all damage (product and packaging)
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice

Do not discard damaged items or packaging until the claim is resolved.

Exchanges

Need a different kit size? Contact us and we'll work with you to exchange for the right product. Exchanges are subject to availability and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
