Shipping Methods
All Glass Fence Direct kits are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight due to the size and weight of tempered glass panels. This is the safest and most reliable way to deliver glass products to your door.
What LTL Freight Means for You
- Your order ships on a pallet, fully protected with custom crating and foam padding
- A freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window
- Delivery is to your curbside or driveway (residential delivery)
- You will need to inspect the shipment at delivery and sign for it
- Liftgate service is included at no extra charge
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional surcharge may apply for AK/HI).
Free Shipping
Orders of $4999 or more qualify for free freight shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders below this threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location and kit size.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery Instructions
- Schedule delivery: The freight carrier will call you to arrange a delivery date and time window.
- Be present: Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Inspect immediately: Before signing, inspect all boxes and crating for visible damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Report damage within 48 hours: If you discover concealed damage after opening, take photos and contact us within 48 hours at .
Damaged Shipments
Glass products are fragile, and despite our careful packaging, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If any panels arrive damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours at our phone number or
- We will ship replacement panels at no cost to you

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
